3 month before arrival no charge
3 month to 1 month before arrival we charge 40%
from the amount of the booking price
1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70%
from the amount of the booking price
by cancellation in the last week before arrival
we charge 90% from the amount of the booking price 
by cancelltaion on the arrival day we must charge
the whole amount of the booking price
