Relaxed Celebrations at **** Hotel Königgut

Before you can enjoy a relaxed celebration, whether in private or in business, successful organisation is always required. So that you and your guests enjoy themselves at Hotel Königgut, we will support you with our many years of experience to ensure a memorable celebration. We will take care of everything you need - competently, personally and with attention to detail.

When planning your event there are a number of points to think about:

Table layout & seating arrangements

Whether tables for 6, 8 or 10 people, long tables or an open form with smaller tables: the perfect table layout for you depends on the event and any activities which are planned (will there be dancing?), the decision between a menu and a buffet, as well as the communication opportunities. We will be happy to help!

Would you like a predefined seating arrangement? To make this possible, we ask that you let us know the exact number of guests and give us the seating plan and place cards at least 5 days before the event. We can also offer help in deciding the seating arrangements.

Room & table decorations

Would you like to take care of room and table decorations yourself or should we take care of it? We can decorate the room and tables as you want - with fresh flowers, candles, matching coloured decorations and stylish menus. Candles and menus are provided at no additional cost.

Menu & Buffet

The way to a man's heart is through his stomach ... and the success of an event also relies heavily on the delicious selection of dishes! Whether you would like a menu for a more formal event, a sociable meal for a celebration or a tasty buffet for a casual event: use our suggestions simply as ideas ... you can of course take the suggestions from our Head Chef Herwig and combine them to suit your desires. Drinks

The drinks at your event should be appropriate for the occasion as well as the food. This normally constitutes a suitable accompanying wine. Normally, guests are welcomed with an apéritif at the start of the event, and after the meal with an after dinner drink or an espresso. You can select the wines for your event from our vinotheque - we would be happy to advise you!

Music & Entertainment

Would you also like appropriate background music during your event, or maybe you would like an entertainer to relax the atmosphere? At Königgut we have plenty of experience and plenty of contacts who we can recommend. Please tell us the type of music or entertainment desired, and we will recommend an appropriate artist. You can then contact them and discuss your desires as well as prices.

Hotel rooms

Unforgettable celebrations, a soothing nights sleep and then a relaxing breakfast the following morning: if you would like accommodation as well as an event at Hotel Königgut we can offer you special conditions - call us to find out more! Room cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance are free, but please note that cancellations at short notice carry a fee of 90%. Your room is available from 14:00. We ask that you vacate your room on the day of departure by 11:00.

Cancellation & Payment

We hope to welcome you on the date booked. However, should it be necessary to cancel your event, we charge a cancellation fee of 10% up to 12 weeks before the event date. Cancellations within 12 weeks of the date are charged a cancellation fee of 80%.

The full payment is due within 7 days of the event. We ask that you pay in cash - credit cards are not accepted!
