Choose the heat you want:

Classic sauna pleasure and aromatic steam saunas of between 75 and 90°C await you in our sauna.

In the Laconium, a dry, warm room, popular with the Romans, where you can heat up at temperatures of around 55°C.

A short stay in our salt water room (65°C) has a similar effect to a holiday by the sea – the fine, misty, iodine containing brine is good for you both inside and out!

"Deep breaths" is what is needed in the herbal sauna: soothing, herbal essences stimulate your senses, and your body and soul will be strengthened and balanced at temperatures of up to 60°C.
