We are happy to use our many years of experience to ensure you and your guests feel great in the Hotel Königgut and your celebration is one that stays in your mind for a long time to come. We do everything we can to meet your needs – competently, personally and with attention to detail.
Here are a few points to consider when it comes to planning an event:
Table shape, seating arrangements
Whether it is tables for 6, 8 or 10 people, long table or a scattered lay-out with smaller tables: We are happy to advise you! Would you like a set seating arrangement? Please let us know what your precise needs are 5 days before your party, including the exact number of people, your place cards and the table plan. We are happy to help you out with organising the seating.
The optimum form for your party depends upon the activities you are planning (is there to be dancing?), the decision as to whether to opt for a menu or buffet, on the preferred communication options etc. ...
Menu, buffet & drinks
Whether it is a particularly sophisticated menu, a social meal or an appetizing buffet for more casual events: Consider our suggestions as an incentive … you may of course combine and/or amend our meal suggestions to suit your needs. Just get in touch!
The drinks during your party ought to be in harmony with the occasion and with your chosen menu / buffet. For the most part there ought to be a choice of suitable wines. In the main, guests are to be greeted at the start of a celebratory event with an apéritif and after the meal treated to a digéstif or an espresso. The way to a person's heart is through their stomach … and the success of a celebration certainly hinges upon having a delicious selection of food and drinks which befit the occasion!
Hotel rooms
If you want to enjoy easy-going celebrations in the Hotel Königgut Overnight stays in our hotel, we can provide special conditions – just get in touch! Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival room cancellations are free, in the event of last-minute cancellations, we apologise, but cancellation fees will be 100 % of the amount due. Your room is available for you from 2 p.m. On the day you are due to depart please return your keys by 11 a.m.
Wonderful celebrations, a relaxing slumber and next morning rested and welcomed by a freshly prepared buffet breakfast.
Music & Entertainment
Would you like some music to go with your celebration or maybe you want a solo entertainer to lighten the mood? After a quarter of a decade, in the Königgut we know tried-and-trusted addresses and extensive experience – both of which we are happy to share with you! Let us know the type of music and entertainment you would like and we will provide you with the respective entertainers. You then can discuss as to whether the repertoire and the musical/artistic features suit and we will agree upon a fee with one another.
Cancellation & Payment methods
We do hope to be able to welcome you at the dates arranged. Should you have to cancel, up to 12 weeks before the event date there is a fee of 10 % payable. Cancellations made from 12 weeks before the event date incur a fee of 80 %.
