Our fantastic breakfast offer for the perfect start to the day includes a wide range of coffees from our espresso machines, from espresso to extended and cappuccino to the trendy latte macchiato. There is also an organic tea station with a wide variety of herbal, fruit, black and green teas. There is also bread and pastries in many varieties, home-made cakes and sweets, lots of home-made jams and several types of honey from our own apiary.

We continue with the regional ham, sausage, cheese and delicatessen corner. The day starts here with savoury details from vegetables to homemade spreads, which continue at the egg station. Fresh egg dishes are prepared à la minute by our breakfast chef, along with muesli, yoghurt, fruit and the odd morning dessert. To round things off, there is also a selection of our homemade juices, from apple-carrot to the legendary elderberry juice. No breakfast wish remains unfulfilled - and you can put together your own breakfast to suit your mood at the extensive buffet.
