Beer sampling
In the tradition-rich Stiegl brewery more than 500 years of Salzburg‘s tradition of brewing is ostensively revealed: You get to find out all the interesting information about the ingredients and brewing processes, experience brewing itself – and will also learn how there are 32 ways to open a beer bottle. Tie this with some sampling – true to traditional style in a pint mug.

We provide you with fun and sporty activities that can be organised around the Hotel Königgut and in the hotel garden:

- Milking the rubber cow

‚Heurigenjause‘ wine snack
In the Hotel Königgut! We can serve up to 80 people selected wines from our Vinothek: As a sales partner to selected Styrian and Burgenland wine-growers we offer you fine wines from Wachau, Kamptal and Kremstal, but do of course have international wines from top-class locations too.
If you would you like to enjoy a nice end to a work-packed day with your colleagues, you could enjoy our cosy wine cellar snack in the evening.
Elation & Overview: Salzburg from above
Have you successful and effectively dived in to your seminar work? How lovely is it then, as something suitably different, to have a view over Salzburg to unwind! Our local mountain is ideal for seeing Salzburg from up high: The Untersberg sits at 1800 metres, which you can tackle on foot, or by gondola. From the summit of the Unterberg you get a wonderful view over Salzburg and Berchtesgadener Land – and drinking our famous Untersberger water will from then on be twice as nice!
Alternatively for the view over Salzburg from the Gaisberg: After getting by bus or car to the Gaisberg, head out on a picturesque circuit hike, from where fantastic views over the city of Salzburg and Flachgau open up.
